to have coddled in joy
the smiles and giggles
I recognize the feeling

to know of butterflies
the insanity and niggles
I recognize the feeling

to be sleepless 
mad and blind
I recognize the feeling

to know of such vortex
heavenly and divine
I recognize the feeling

yet I know of pain  
for the for ever loss
I recognize the feeling

I know of sugary moments
mortal and thus
I recognize  the feeling
